Haiti trip 4

We had some time in Haiti to do a few other activities, like go to the beach:

 No seatbelt laws here

 Just a reminder that it was the Christmas season

Lortab (who has his own Facebook page) is the Newton Med Pharmacy mascot.

He has been all over the world!  His first time to Haiti though.

You can barely make out Lortab above!

Preparations were being made for a wedding later on.

There was some litter in the ocean, so these guys were gathering the trash

 They were playing King of the Hill, knocking eachother off the trampoline.

We decided to rent a couple of kayaks for an hour

 These were glass bottomed boats so you could see the coral and fish.

 A little shopping before leaving the beach.

 We also were taken to the metal works village

  

  Several gifts were purchased!
