The Good-byes

 On Sunday morning, we drove to church.  What a view on the way!

How cool to have an aquarium at church!

Mindy had purchased this "tree house" that we coloured over the weekend.

See those books on the table?  Those are Pattibooks from the 1960's.  I love to read these to the girls.  They are precious books.

     "When I go driving along, along, God takes care of me."

     "When I am playing outside, outside, God takes care of me."  etc.  

I hope these girls remember how much God cares for them.  

After Sunday naps we had an outing to Lava Island!  Papa had to finish up some work.

We had a relaxing evening.  Telling Papa about our day.

The next morning, snuggling with Claire before good-byes.

Too soon it was time for good-byes to the Wisconsin girls who had come to help!

When Papa came back from the airport, we went for a swim.

Mommy and Daddy came home.  Tenley is dancing.

Final evening snuggles and special talks.  We would be leaving the next day.

The next morning, it was time for Nani and Papa to say good-byes.

I follow a travel facebook page and a restaurant in downtown Goodland, KS was recommended so we stopped for home-made fried chicken.  The place was buzzing with locals so you know it is good!

Storm clouds were all around us as we neared home.  But we made it safely.

But we already miss the girls!
